1. What materials do you need from me?
A technical drawing, a sketch, or even a photo of the original plan is enough. The more accurate the input, the faster and more precise we can create your floor plan.
2. In what format will I receive the finished floor plan?
It depends on the package level you choose. With Standart package, we deliver files in PDF format. Other formats are available with higher packages or upon request.
3. How long does the process take?
Most projects are completed within 2–3 business days, depending on scale and complexity. For urgent orders, we also offer express delivery.
4. Can I choose my own floorplan style?
Yes. Every floorplan is created to measure. With Pro and Premium package you can choose from a minimalist black-and-white style, a color-highlighted version, or a fully customized look tailored to your needs.
5. How does payment work?
Once you fill out the order form, you'll see an instant price calculation. We will then review the details, confirm your order, and send you an invoice. Work on your project begins as soon as the payment is received.
